Room was good. Bedsheets were clean. Toilet was clean.

There was some smell in the room. Look like nobody was there in the room and kept locked for long time. I kept the window open for the whole day and the smell was reduced.

The location was good

1. The quality of food provided for dinner was very bad, would not recommend having dinner2. Before arriving at hotel stay, I got spammed with email and WhatsApp and phone calls for advance, even though in the app while Booking it was given no pre-payment is required3. Desk staff were not cooperative and nor room service for sanitization, bucket and mug provided were very dirty

Brothers, don't go to this hotel. My cash and silver jewelry were stolen at the time of checkout, which was morning 12/11/24. When a complaint was made, someone secretly put the cash back in the bag, but the jewelry was not found. When I said to check the CCTV, they told me they would check and inform, but no communication has been received yet. Hotel staff are involved in these matters. So please don't go to this hotel, and I also request to Booking.com not to promote this type of hotel on your official website. Because so many people trusted booking.com, and they have to face these types of problems.

It’s very near to Metro Station and all the places are accessible by Metro

Property is a road touch clean and the staff is good and cooperative

Location was good . To Kalighat temple we can go by walk

No complimentary breakfast given. Bed sheets not so neat. Small room. We checked in at 4pm only. They forced us to checkout by 11 am itself though I requested to extend at least 2 hours as my flight was at 7 pm only.

I booked property based on the photos but when I reached there I was informed photos are for the bigger room, but I was allocated smaller room based on price which is nowhere informed during booking

they didn’t have toilet paper and second is they don’t allow to girlfriend in hotel. third is they have not good pillows. my neck was hurting whole night.

Disappointing

Extremely small sized rooms, didn't match with the rooms shown in photos. Basic toiletries weren't provided. No housekeeping during the day.

Even the food was worst but few items were good and the boy served food was the only good part in our stayEven for giving complete water bottle they charged us and on questioning they say we have already gave on asking paid… they reply it’s your fault
